What documents do I need to rent a vehicle?
A valid Thai or international driving licence and a national ID card or passport, uploaded through the app for our team to verify before pickup. Renting a motorbike requires a motorcycle licence.
How much is the deposit and when is it refunded?
The deposit is 2,000–20,000 THB depending on the vehicle type and model. It is refunded in full after a clean return, minus any late fees, fuel or damage charges if applicable.
Is mileage limited?
Most cars have unlimited mileage. Some vans and big bikes have a daily limit with an excess charge. Each model's terms are shown before you book.
Can I return the car at a different branch?
Only cars can be picked up and returned at different branches for a one-way fee. Vans and motorbikes must be returned to the same place.
Can I cancel a booking?
Cancel more than 7 days before pickup for a 100% refund, 3–7 days for 50%, and less than 48 hours or a no-show for no refund.
What is the minimum renter age?
Car renters must be 20 or older, vans 23, and motorbikes 18. Some models such as big bikes require a higher minimum age.
