Rental terms
Version 2026-09-01 · effective 29 September 2026
- 1. Renter must hold a valid licence for the whole rental.
- 2. Rental fee is prepaid; deposit is paid before pickup and refunded after inspection.
- 3. Late return incurs fees.
- 4. Fuel must be returned at pickup level.
- 5. Cancellation refunds follow the tier table.
General conditions
- •1 rental day = 24 hours · Cars: 1–4 h late costs THB 100/h, over 4 h counts as 1 day · Vans/motorcycles: 60-minute grace, over 5 hours counts as a full day
- •Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at pickup; any shortfall is charged by the difference.
- •The deposit is refunded in full on a clean return, minus any late, fuel or damage charges.
- •Displayed prices exclude 7% VAT (shown separately in the price summary) and a tax invoice can be issued.
- •Cancellation: more than 7 days before pickup, 100% refund; 3–7 days, 50%; less than 48 hours or no-show, no refund.
- •Renters must hold a valid driving licence matching the vehicle type, plus a national ID card or passport.
